Emergency Eyewash Station Features
Material & Housing: Features a robust polyamide grey (RAL 7035) plastic casing with smooth, easy-to-clean surfaces.
Connection & Valves: Equipped with a metal G ½B connection thread integrating a flow regulator, backflow preventer, and dirt trap.
Hose Connection: Standard G ⅜ thread for hose attachment.
Water Flow: Provides a constant flow rate of 12 l/min at a pressure of 1.8 bar, ensuring a soft, consistent jet height for both eyes simultaneously.
Operation: Designed for stationary or flexible use with a manual, non-self-closing activation.
- Max Static Pressure: 8 bar.
Activation Method: Triggered by pressing the wing button; water flow is stopped by pulling the button back.
Shut-off Type: Manual, non-self-closing.
Jet Formers: Interchangeable using a special tool.
Dust Cap: Green (RAL 6032), includes an eye shower pictogram.
Mounting: Includes a table feed-through for fixed insertion of the hand shower and a fastening set.
Accessories: Supplied with technical product information and a safety sign “eye shower” as an adhesive film.
